api翻译基本不能用，谷歌不能用，openrouter请求失败: 429 Rate limit exceeded: free-models-per-min. ，目前只能下载字幕然后自己翻译后外挂上去

感谢开发者，很有帮助。我提一个需求哈，希望所有快捷键都能够在“字幕列表”不被聚焦的时候也能正常工作。现在如果想用快捷键播放上一句或下一句，必须点击一下面板才行，否则就是走的播放器默认的步进行为。

播放视频时，滑动字幕列表浏览，总是会被拉回当前播放的位置（以前好像有一个选项，现在这个选项没了）

b站播放使用悬浮窗字幕，只能左右拖动调节字幕长度，不能斜拉悬浮窗调整字幕的大小，这个有点影响使用，全屏的时候感觉显示的字幕太小了
