As everyone else noted - the allow all notification thing bites - took me a while to figure out that is was because of this extension - uninstalled.

This extension enables Notifications on All Sites, without exclusion!
As many have mentioned before me, this extention now forces allow notification for ALL websites. The developer claims this it because of limitations in chrome-API,bu this solution is just not acceptable. http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/help/#allow-notifications
Used to love it (5 stars) but the allow all: http://* and https://* means it is now uninstalled.
Viewing "responsive layouts" function currently does not work. November 30, 2016
