Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) Tried reinstalling the extension, restarting pc, all the basic stuff. While not designed for it works perfectly on MS Surface Pro helping to fill 3:2 aspect ratio and get rid of the annoying bars at the bootom and top of every 16:9 video.
