It’s now easier than ever to send web content to your reMarkable account. A standard click will send articles in a simplified text format, which also provides more adjustment possibilities. In addition, you have the option to right-click on the extension, to send your article as a PDF. Once the content is on your reMarkable account, you’ll be able to read and annotate without distractions on your paper tablet.
Good to know before installing:
* If you don’t already have an account at my.remarkable.com, you’ll need to create one
* Once installed you’ll find the extension icon at the top right of your Chrome window, beside the address bar
* Be mindful that each website has its own way of displaying content, which may change the formatting when it appears on your reMarkable account

Had been working just fine, had to tinker with it? Now it just says "refresh the page to use read on remarkable". Several page refreshes later, still not working..
Recent update requires permission to read and change data on all websites. This is way too much trust for a closed source tool. This effectively prevents me from using the feature.
My workflow is now messed up. Please revert back.
Update: They fixed it. Yay! I agree with all of the reviews that say that the update has made my workflow much more complicated and difficult. I want to be able to have a printer that sends it right to my tablet.
I concur with others here. The manner in which I get material to my device has now been complicated with additional steps. I cannot simply choose a virtual printer any longer - now I must print to pdf, send pdf to device.... It worked better (at least as as far as I'm concerned) before. I'd like to see this feature returned.
The latest update broke my workflow. I need to print PDFs to my Remarkable, selecting a subset of pages from large documents (e.g., a chapter of a book). Now it seems that I need to (1) print using "save to PDF"; and (2) move the PDF using the desktop app. Who thought that removing the functionality to use my remarkable as a printer was a good idea?! This is really a dealbreaker for me. I was looking into buying a Paper Pro, well, not anymore. In fact, I'm pretty sure that my use of the Remarkable is going to drop because printing to paper is going to just be more convenient than the PDF dance. I'm sure that someone got a promotion for that nonsense.
It suddenly stopped working. My Remarkable is gone from the list of printers and PDFs aren't printing to the device anymore. I can't even find an option to print a PDF anymore, only epub or notebook.
I was using this a LOT to transfer papers in PDF format to my remarkable. Now it stops working, and i read that they intentionally removed that? The recommendation is to use the desktop app, which is not available on linux! I really like the product. But this is a scam. The ease of transferring pdf files was the main reason why i bought this device.
I really miss the previous version of this extension that allowed for direct PDF generation. It was a fantastic feature that made my workflow so much smoother. Is there any chance you could bring it back? It’s the only thing missing from making this a 5-star experience again. Thanks for the great tool!
Since the update this simply does not work (latest Chrome, 1-year-old MacBook Air). I've followed instructions, I've refreshed, rebooted, I've followed instructions again, I've looked for different instructions, I've tried not following instructions ... nothing works. A classic case of "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Maybe they had AI create and/or test it as it is now mere slop cluttering my extensions icons on my toolbar.
