Updated my OS and lost everything! Its all gone. Phantom wont even give me the option to put in my wallet address. THIS IS A SCAM! DONT USE THIS APP!

I CANT CONNECT MY WALLET WITH OTHER WALLETS AND EXCHANGES. IT SAYS: "Please install and initialize Phantom wallet extension first, click here to visit official website or click here to install extension". And i have the extension of the wallet in my browser. And other thing that i would know if it is my fault or doesn´t : I can´t visualise the waller on full screen
