У меня всё работает. Битрикс актуальный на данный момент. Версия расширения 1.6 Композитные страницы зеленые, корзина серая.

Проверила все этапы, кеш, настройки Композита. Плагин горит серым, при том что на google pagespeed 97% у сайта. У меня установлена последняя версия Chrome: Версия 98.0.4758.82 (Официальная сборка), (64 бит)
