The supported keys are Alt, Ctrl, Cmd along with:

A-Z, 0-9, Comma, Period, Home, End, PageUp, PageDown, Space, Insert, Delete, Arrow keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) and the Media Keys (MediaNextTrack, MediaPlayPause, MediaPrevTrack, MediaStop).

Funciona perfectamente. Pero: la única manera de recordar la tecla de acceso rápido (^Q) o de cómo cambiarla es visitar esta página de la chrome web store; yo esperaría al menos un tooltip en la propia extensión, o poder acceder a su configuración aunque solo fuera informativa.
