The only drawback is the lack of color choices for highlighting purpose - for which I resorted to another Chrome extension: Yawas Web and PDF Highligher. Used together with Hypothesis' own excellent integrated annotation collection, it is the perfect tool for a researcher like me.
Top notch Annotation tool. If there is better, please let me know.

This is a very useful tool. I wonder if my notes can still be preserved if the original sites (from which i annotate) are down?
The online help files are too brief. I could not find a way to organize my annotated pages
