This extension has promise, but it still needs work. For example, it claims to have this feature "Select preferred voice", but it always defaults to David's voice if your language is English. Then it later admits "Voice selection is done automatically based on the detected language." I don't want voice selection to be automatically chosen for me. I want a female's voice. Other than that, I haven't tested it enough to know if there are bugs or not. I just can't use the extension with David's voice. Once that is fixed, I will give it another try.
