Windows operating system has this kind of default. Works with IE and Chrome as well tabs as windows. Very handy indeed, so if Chrome OS doesn't support it itselves it will be a great extension.
I love this extension. I can watch a few African waterhole webcams at a time or have one screen up for what I am working on and another for research. It is very handy.
Works as described and as I expected. VERY useful in my work-flow. Highly recommended.
I used to be annoyed pretty much every time I needed to manually arrange multiple open browser windows on my computer. Some would pop open to full screen, others would overlap just enough to be annoying, resizing them evenly was a hassle... Not anymore! This is in the top three most useful add-ons I have ever downloaded. I cant think of the other two at the moment... ;-) Unlike pretty much all other extensions, this one is always installed, activated, and I use it often. It is also among just a few free add-ons I have voluntarily sought to donate to - and he wants it to go to charity to boot. :-) Kudos to the developer. Thanks!

Elegantly designed and well documented, this is the most well executed extension I've seen, and I use a lot of them. It makes it extremely easy to split sets of tabs into separate windows. For example, if you have 7 tabs open, you could select tab 2, and split the screen into the first two tabs and the other five. He has provided customizable shortcut keys, and an undo so you can restore the last split you made to its original single window.
