Very very useful extension. Simple, easy to use. Great job ! Thanks NOTE : Need to restart chrome after installing otherwise it will not work
This works for what I need it for. I would like to see a "find only" option implemented, so that I can test a piece of regex before I use it. This would make it a 5-star productivity tool, if you ask me.
To the dev: What I Expected To Happen: - Switch app, copy search text, select extension, paste. - Switch app, copy replace text, select extension, paste. What Happened Instead: - Switch app, copy search text, select extension, paste. - Switch app, copy replace text, select extension, search text has disappeared.
Excellent tools for me. But can you please check bug? When i try to search and replace to my wordpress post, it goes wrong. Thank you so much for really good extension.
MAKE SURE YOU RESTART CHROME AFTER INSTALLING! Works great in WordPress 3.4.1
I wanted something to search/replace in Wordpress's post editing text box, and this worked exactly as I hoped it would.
For all the time spent trying to figure out why it doesn't work, I could have manually found and replaced everything I needed. Complete waste of time.
Doesn't work in WordPress 3.4.1 HTML Post Editor (input field). Tried replacing <li> with <li><p/> and did not use case sensitivity. Note that I'm using Iron, not Chrome.
I work in an industry that requires detailed updates in our system. So I have to change a ton of identical data such as price points. This tool saved me a tremendous amount of time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
