In the last few months I've seen a couple of marketers talk about the benefits of using a tool like Loom to communicate with their team and customers. Tbh I didn't really get it until very recently when I hired a coach to walk me through a project I'm working on. When he was reviewing some work I'd submitted he used another service to record a quick video sharing his feedback and I thought to myself "Self, that is definitely something I need to include in my own coaching business" The reviews on SendSpark looked good but I still decided to try a free VidYard account first since it had unlimited videos. I simply recorded my screen (no webcam) and was very disappointed with the video quality. It wasn't very good at all. That was when I gave SendSpark a try and ran the same test. Night and day! Crisp video and a pretty much dunce proof user experience. Definitely happy with this tool :)

I've been searching for a loom alternative and Sendspark offered more features than what I was looking for in a video screen recorder. Below is a list of features I tested and totally love it! ✔ UI/UX is clean & easy to use ✔ Screen recording w/ option for round or square face recording (small, medium & large size)👍 ✔ Video can be downloaded, Shared via Link or Email 👍 ✔ Call-to-Action button below your recorded video - great for sales conversion 👍 ✔ Customize Title above video & Message below video helps personalize message & increase conversion 🎉 ✔ Share via email is an thumbnail image, not just a link - increases CTR 👍 ✔ Videos can be embedded in any email editor or website w/ HTML code ✔ Edited videos can be uploaded 👍 ✔ Video Request feature makes it easy to get video testimonials, etc! 👍 ✔ Video analytics of how many Click, Play, Visit, Likes 👍 What I hope Sendsparks will improve on are the following: - shortkeys to stop/start recording - pause feature so you can pause while recording - folders for My Videos, Team Videos, Video Requests - Pointers, arrows, etc to help make tutorials easier to understand for the viewer - Faster video saving into Sendspark when recording is completed If Sendspark continues to improve, I think it will be a game changer for the future of digital communication.

I just purchased this tonight, but I've been playing with it. I'm in love! I had been using Loom (the free version), but this is so much better without the time limits. I love that you can embed it or download it or just share the link. So very cool!

I just purchased SendSpark and took it for a test drive. I love the ability to customize individual workspaces with my own branding. While I don't see a way to delete a workspace, I'm sure that ability must be hiding somewhere. I purchased this for a couple of reasons. First, video testimonials are a business requirement yet it's really tough to get clients to record and submit them. Sendspark's Video Request feature turns this almost impossible ask into a no-brainer. Just send the link and with one click they can record their video. Beautiful. In one of my non-profit endeavours, I send personalized thank-you videos to supporters. While there are other ways of creating these personalized messages, SendSpark turns that process into a 1-click-and-done workflow that saves me a ton of time. Love it. Overall, I'm impressed with the platform. That said, there are some items on their public roadmap I really hope get implemented soon. Thanks Sendspark!

I got another similar software the week before Sendspark was released, so I wasn't sure if I should jump on this deal. The offering was more generous with Sendspark, so I was sort of cheesed that AppSumo would bring so many similar software out at once. I came up with another use case that would require video requests, so I thought I'd try out SendSpark (also I admit the FOMO got to me). I first bought the Tier 2 deal, but after playing around with SendSpark for just one hour and seeing how powerful it was I upgraded my plan to Tier 3! I like the sleek look of it and how easy it is to use, but really the thing that got me was the video requests. I saw how well it worked and that's exactly what I wanted from it. There's very little friction or steps for whoever you request a video from. The page opens with a very simple layout where it says that you requested a video from them and they click to record a video or to upload their own. If they click record another simple page opens with a small screen to see your recordings and some quick tips under that tells the user how to best position themselves. You just hit record and then you can watch the video immediately after before you click submit. It's very simple and intuitive. No extra mess. I played with the email feature which was super simple as well. I like that the site has use cases to give you ideas on how you can implement SendSpark into your own biz. 5 Tacos For sure. Glory follows virtue as if, it were its shadow;The virtue here being the ability of SendSpark of providing a ROBUST & BENEFICIAL TOOL to easily, simply, facilitate the the building and nurturing relationship process of leads/customers and potential Business Owners. An app with a promising future - excited to provide better interactions whether for prospecting, existing clients/customers. I watched the webinar replay on youtube. This app could definitely provide a significant boost to conversions by providing better personalized communications. I jumped in and purchased (tier 4) the app through appsumo. Looking forward to digging deeper into a a great piece of technology.
