Half of the time, when I try to download or print my document, some of the data I entered, including my signature, is missing. The feature that automatically drafts an email with the document attached does not work at all (missing attachment). My configuration is nothing special - running the latest version of Chrome on OSX High Sierra. Such basic functionality should not be so riddled with bugs. Once you have fixed them, please work on improving your clunky user interface. Thank you.
excellent - easy to use and saves many steps of printing, scanning, signing, etc - Love it !
It used to work well, but not if I sign a doc myself in GMAIL, most of the time it does not attach the final signed doc back into the email.
Loved it; however, there's some incompatiblity issues with certain PDF files from other apps (Job Diva). I would think that a PDF downloaded to (both) Google Drive or MS One Drive folders on my C: drive would be accessible. However, even downloading the Docusign extension to my PC for MSFT Edge did not resolve the inability to apply a signature (or typed text/date) to the PDF. Windows 10, File Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Works great
worked great for a while but now when i click finish it does not send an email reply with the document attached. instead i receive a separate email with a link to the attachment.
