конфликтует с другими впн в хроме, не стал пользоваться, проще загрузить стрим в 1080 с впн и офнуть его, если не тянет всю трансляцию с впн

Работает. Но лезет за пределы твича. Поэтому если пытаться включить ВПН, всё равно будет детектить как из РФ, хоть какую страну выбирай. Причем на любом сайте
