You have to click on the icon for it to work, it doesn't work automatically. Let's roll out a new update that allows it to start automatically when the user opens the browser and becomes active. I opened my laptop and worked for about 2-3 hours but when I clicked on the icon to check, I only got the words "Not supported" or "We are customezing your....". Hopefully the development team can fix it.
