I have been using it for years and it is always reliable, however I apparently have a compromised password but it is only for premium members. I wish that they could not block so many of the premium features for free users. [Addition] you NEED to have a recovery key, I have had to reset my account twice because there was no recovery key.
I was using this for years and suddenly when I logged in, all of my passwords were gone. I can't even contact support because I'm a free user. Will be using another password manager.
Haven't been able to login to browser extension for a while. Dev is aware but doesn't seem to be fixing the issue.
Auf einmal sind alle meine Passwörter Weg. Avira Hilft seit Wochen nicht. Habe ein Premium Abo. Über 500 Passwörter einfach weg trotz Master und 2 Fakt Auth.!!! Exportiert nur alle eure Passwörter und wechselt den Anbieter!!!
Die backup Datei ist übelst der Müll. Alle Webseiten, Passwörter und Emails werden bei Excel in der ein und der selben Zeile gespeichert und nur durch ein Komma getrennt. Das wiederum macht ein exportieren unmöglich. Abgesehen davon gibt es überhaut keine Möglichkeit die Handy Passwörter die in der app gespeichert sind mit dem Pc zu synchronisieren da die Handy Version nicht einmal eine Export Funktion hat. Such dir ein anderes Programm bevor es, wie bei mir, zu spät ist.
the extension is awesome but it lacks some features in my opinion 1. unlocking the extension with biometrics would be great 2. adding a password generator can be a game changer

It's great, up until one day it loses all of your passwords. Don't expect support to help either. Get a real password manager like Keeper or Bitwarden.
I got the Avira suite a couple years ago and no matter what I do I cant get rid of Avira. I don't want it but it keeps coming back without me even installing it. This software is like a virus
