OpenDyslexic is a free, open-source font designed to make reading easier for people with dyslexia. This extension replaces all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font, making content more readable and accessible.
Sometimes letters can feel jumbled or rotated, making reading frustrating. OpenDyslexic tackles this by giving each letter a heavier bottom, creating a "gravity" effect that helps keep them steady and grounded. This unique design makes it easier to recognize letters and read smoothly.
The distinct shapes of the letters also reduce confusion and swapping, so you can focus on reading without the struggle.

Feature Suggestion: Optional * { font-family: opendyslexic !important } That will *really* get everything on the page
pretty cool app that helps with reading sadly only works good with bigger text and with small text it works in the opposite way i cant see the diffrence between alot of letters with the e looking like a c being the easiest to mistake so overall good app i activate it when i'm reading large sums of big text but i dont have it on all the time

I've got it added and it's stopped since I reinstalled my OS. It's making it harder to read fast and skim. Though I am smoking herbs at the moment.

good type setting to read. but it messes up features elsewhere. if i can't type or control my keys while its on I can't keep it on.
People without dyslexia probably think it's just an ugly font, but I'm unable to express just how incredible this is for me! The font itself is a life saver and I'm so glad this extension exists - I wouldn't use the web without it.

I'm undiagnosed as dyslexic but probably have some mild form of it. This helps a lot! It's a little cartoony to look at, but I find it amusing. Because of the adjustment of the font size and shape some the lines and words get cut off where they used to fit in things like little sidebars, captions and summaries. It never really bothered me because they were just snippets that gave me the gist of whatever it was and if I wanted to know more I'd click on it tot read the entire thing. It was more of a slight annoyance if anything But now with a new address bar icon add-on, there's a simple on an off switch that changes the font back and forth from the regular text to OpenDyslexic instantly! Totally great.
Really, really needs a toggle button. Would be great if it had more than one font option.
