Kangxi Radical Fixer は、AI が生成した文章や OCR・辞書系データの貼り付け結果に混ざりやすい「見た目は近いが通常の文字ではない文字コード」を見つけて、扱いやすい文字へ補正するための拡張機能です。

特に、Unicode の康熙部首（Kangxi Radicals, U+2F00 - U+2FD5）のように、画面上では漢字の一部や普通の文字に見えても、実際には別コードとして扱われる文字を検出し、ページ上でハイライト表示します。さらに、コ

ピー時には通常の文字コードへ自動変換できるため、検索、再利用、データ入力、文章編集の際に起こりやすい文字化けや一致不良を減らせます。

この拡張機能は、次のような場面を想定しています。

・AI が出力した文章をそのまま使う前に、紛らわしい文字が混ざっていないか確認したい

・辞書サイト、古典籍、文字コード系資料、PDF 由来テキストなどをコピーしたときに、特殊文字が混ざって困る
