suddenly stopped to work - direct sending works, but preview is empty, also sending feedback from preview makes nothing p.s. now I see after update of this extension that amazon stocks are falling again, previous fall was about stopping cloud service to send any ebook format to kindle, why you do such steps?

Doesn't work. Just gets stuck on 'analysing website' and shows an error in the browser console.
The language of kindle file this extension sends is not correct. Hope when I send French webpages, the dictionary could be French one.
It's just not working. Like others, I also see the message "We're sorry but we are unable to send documents to your Kindle. Please ensure that you are connected to the network and try again." when I click 'send.' I really doubt that Amazon cares about their extension for kindle.
THIS EXTENSION IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The extension has effectively become non-functional for me (after many years of using it), and the recommendation I made 4 months ago no longer helps. Customer service has not responded to an email requesting support. The last update was over a year ago. It looks like Amazon has closed this department. [Previous comment from July 2022: If this extension is not working for you, try right clicking on the "Send to Kindle" icon in your Chrome browser, then click on "Manage extensions" and if the "Allow access to file URLs" option is turned off, turn it on. This fixed the problem for me. (Thank you Vjenceslav Boljinac for this simple solution!)]
Funcionava bem, mas recentemente parou de funcionar do nada. (It used to work really well, but it suddenly it doesn't anymore)

It never works. Have tried it so many times - be it a blog or a news article. It simply shows this message - We're sorry but we are unable to send documents to your Kindle. Please ensure that you are connected to the network and try again.
Does not work. Does nothing.
