Hello! I have an Alipay account and normally, when I place orders for my company, there is a button in the order page that allows me to generate an invoice (“All invoice free”). Since my last order, I have been trying to download the invoice, but the website does not load correctly. Instead, I am redirected to this page: https://error.taobao.com/app/tbhome/common/error.html . The interface switches to Chinese, and when I move my cursor over any icon, it even starts speaking in Chinese. The page has nothing to do with Alipay. Is there a technical issue on your side, and how can I download my invoice?

No puedo descargar las facturas de devolución o "Credit Note". Antes si se podía, pero desde 2025 no se puedo y llevo tiempo tratando de contactar con el servicio de Aliinvoices sin respuesta.
