Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Perfeita.
I don't use this to free up memory, but to save my tabs for later. I have a habit of looking something up and then opening 20 or so tabs from the search results. Since I rarely have time to go through them all, OneTab allows me to save all my tabs with one click until I have time to look through them later. Awesome!
I LOVE THIS FKING EXTENSION
EXCELLENT!!! :D I just suggest 3 new features to be PERFECT: a) create the function "mix groups" to join 2, or multiple, or even all tab groups previous stored in ONE new tab group. b) create the function "index" to reorder (as a vision) any tabs or tab groups by name, date of creation etc. c) create the function "search" (similar the extension "Better History"), for searching a key-word from different tab groups, for example.
Great way to keep things without keeping windows open or adding them to 'looking at; read later; working on' folder in your favorites :D
I can't tell you how much I've needed something like this... I'm really bad about having too many tabs open, in multiple windows... with the best of intentions of using the page relatively soon. My 2 year old laptop was crippled due to the Chrome memory usage... until I started using OneTab. Now it works like a normal laptop should!
