Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

I really liked this extension before the recent update, but now it is right at the very top of my "must-have" extensions for Chrome, even though I have a paid, full-featured bookmark organizer! As an IT geek and researcher, I always have dozens of tabs and windows open in my browser (no matter which one I'm using) and this extension has definitely made Chrome my go-to browser solely because of this extension!! I can now use OneTab to close any/all of my tabs and windows, saving tons of memory and speeding up the other things running on my computer. I no longer have to worry about losing the "order" of what I had open, no more searching through history, no more wondering "did I save that bookmark?... I would love to see some type syncings option other than the manual import-export function, but even without it, this app deserves its full five stars and then some!! If you are a power-user you NEED this extension :-) and after just a few uses, you will wonder how you ever got along without it! TY and "great job!!" to the developer(s)!!!

The app is good but I think it needs some improvements. For example, it doesn't work on pinned tabs. Also I wish it had ability to save what I've tabbed in groups.
This app is great! It's like purgatory for the sites I visit - i.e. they never get saved to my permanent bookmarks yet they are never removed from OneTab either!
Love this little extension. Great way to wrap up all open tabs at the end of the day without fear of losing something I might want. Much easier then to read through them as a list and kill off stuff I don't need. Some nice new features in the latest version too. It's extremely fast too which is great.
I do a lot of online reading and research and have used a variety of apps to manage the large numbers of tabs, bookmarks and items-to-read-later so generated. OneTab is hands-down the best so far. The app is light, quick, simple, easy to use. Most importantly, it performs as promised. The latest edition adds right-click functionality, the ability organize tabs into named groups, the ability to lock tabs so as to prevent accidental erasure, and more. Feature wish-list: The ability to access and store tabs across multiple devices. Highly recommended.
