Trash. Only works for predefined websites, like youtube, vimeo, dailymotion, and the cherry on top is the fact that you need to sign up for an ACCOUNT. FFS, I just want to sync my web player to watch a movie with a person online.

Works really well with videos from different platforms that can be pooled in a joined playlist and watched on a separate website / a private room. Only the person making the room needs to have the extension and can invite with a link. An account is not needed.

It works for everything that contains video for me. I am not sure how or why people are having issues and claiming it doesn't work when I have ZERO issues with it and I've used it on news websites and Dlive, sites that aren't supposedly supported.
