I use it to downsize a particular website. However, when used to do this, it resizes the whole page inside the window frame leaving a blank area at the bottom. I prefer to keep the full use of the chrome window and not have a blank area at the bottom of the page, kinda defeats the purpose.

Seems to work very well. I would give it five stars but the developer's listing in Chrome Web Store does not disclose any information about them, their privacy policy, what information is collected, how is it used (if it is used), etc.
