great extension!!
This is fantastic. it just works. the integration with mermaid js was a surprise. i did not expect it. i was hunting for another plugin for rendering mermaid js and discovering it in md viewer itself was a wow moment for me. Really appreciate thinking this through..
Awesome and useful tool.
This is soo fricking good. I have NO idea why anyone would not rate this a 5 stars. I use markdown day to day as a developer and whenever I needed to open it in my chrome, it just worked so perfectly and seamlessly. Thank you so much Simov! (bonus: it's even GitHub flavored 😝)

worked great first time - switched my default app for reading .MD files to chrome thanks to this extension
doesn't works, still show markdown syntax
I could not get this to work, and the Chrome Store page did not explain what to do. I installed the extension and opened a local markdown file in Chrome, but it rendered as raw text. I read the extension description and followed the link to the GitHub page where I checked to make sure I was granting file access to the extension. I was, it didn't work, and there were no further instructions, so I gave up and uninstalled it.
doesnt render correctly
hard to use
