The Alga extension was really easy to install. I love the summary we get when viewing a ticket in ConnectWise, it saves us a ton of time. The pro version is also coming along nicely, it really helps to be able to search tickets via chat interface.
Tried installing it in both Brave and Chrome, nothing loads and it doesn't do anything. Can't load up the options. Tried additional troubleshooting, ensuring everythings updated, cache is cleared, etc. It simply does nothing and is broken
Alga has been a great help, it's saved us time and help cut through the clutter of tickets.
Nice concept but it gets everything wrong. I had it summarize a couple tickets to test it and refreshed the summary; it mismatched every detail of the ticket.
