This tool is honestly a complete waste of time and money. The sales process is full of big promises and convincing claims, but most of it turns out to be misleading. Completely Unacceptable & Misleading Practices This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I stopped actively using the service long ago, yet payments continued. There was no meaningful support, no proper communication, and no accountability. When I contacted them regarding the issue, instead of resolving it responsibly, they simply stated that refunds are not possible and that “this is how subscriptions work.” Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored or delayed. Promises of proper support and faster response were not fulfilled. If a company continues charging without ensuring customer satisfaction or active service usage, and then refuses to take responsibility, that reflects very poorly on their business ethics. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. I am considering escalating this matter further if it is not resolved appropriately.

Very poor experience after payment. Once the payment was made, communication almost stopped. I have been waiting for days without any proper response. Calls are not answered. Messages are ignored. They promised to create a group for faster support, but there is no response there either. Taking money from customers and then disappearing is unacceptable. If you cannot provide basic support, do not sell paid plans. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all unless they seriously improve their customer service.
