Mi experiencia con Eazybe ha sido muy negativa. Una vez instalada y activada la suscripción, cancelar el servicio se vuelve prácticamente imposible. He intentado comunicarme en varias ocasiones por diferentes canales, incluyendo correos electrónicos y mensajes, pero no he recibido respuesta ni soporte.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Cancelled my subscription in January — they kept charging me for months after. Multiple cancellation requests were ignored, while they continued trying to upsell instead of fixing the issue. No proper cancellation button — you’re forced to email them, and they don’t respond. The team feels desperate to keep you locked into the subscription and does not follow through on cancellations. Difficult to deal with. Questionable practices. Using this extension puts your WhatsApp account at HIGH risk of being blocked. Be careful.
This tool is honestly a complete waste of time and money. The sales process is full of big promises and convincing claims, but most of it turns out to be misleading. Once you make the payment, the experience changes completely. There is little to no support after the sale. Responses either stop or become extremely slow, and you’re left dealing with constant glitches and errors on your own. Instead of helping productivity, it creates more problems. I’ve had a very disappointing experience and would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this platform. I do have documented proof of my experience, which I’m choosing not to make public right now, but I’m prepared to share if needed. Also, I’d recommend not relying blindly on all the positive reviews here. It’s worth doing deeper research and verifying authenticity before making a decision. Overall, this feels like a trap built on false expectations rather than real value.
I love eazybe.com it has all features that I always wanted to have for my whatsapp website. The features that they offer are absolutely cool for any organization.
Completely Unacceptable & Misleading Practices This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I stopped actively using the service long ago, yet payments continued. There was no meaningful support, no proper communication, and no accountability. When I contacted them regarding the issue, instead of resolving it responsibly, they simply stated that refunds are not possible and that “this is how subscriptions work.” Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored or delayed. Promises of proper support and faster response were not fulfilled. If a company continues charging without ensuring customer satisfaction or active service usage, and then refuses to take responsibility, that reflects very poorly on their business ethics. I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. I am considering escalating this matter further if it is not resolved appropriately.
Very poor experience after payment. Once the payment was made, communication almost stopped. I have been waiting for days without any proper response. Calls are not answered. Messages are ignored. They promised to create a group for faster support, but there is no response there either. Taking money from customers and then disappearing is unacceptable. If you cannot provide basic support, do not sell paid plans. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all unless they seriously improve their customer service.
Llevo usando esta herramienta desde hace varios meses y, en un inicio, funcionaba muy bien. Sin embargo, desde hace aproximadamente 1 semana ha comenzado a fallar constantemente. Lo más decepcionante es que el soporte técnico es muy deficiente, no resuelven los problemas ni dan seguimiento adecuado. Escribiendo al soporte todo el dia entero y ni un solo mensaje, tremenda estafa que te maquillan.
