I've used this for years - works great! You can tell when the YouTube algorithm changes (things get a little weird - auto advance stops working, audio muted, etc.), but it always works itself out and I can watch videos without the constant ads, which is particularly important when doing exercise videos (like I'm supposed to stop my workout to watch an ad?!?).
