皆様のレビュー通りクズでした！また血税が使われているんだろうな～。
レビューを見て何とか登録までできました。 ただ他の方のコメントにもあるように、なぜマイナポータルAPで兼用できるようにしないのか。 提供元を見るとこちらが総務省マイナポイント施策推進室で、マイナポータルが内閣府番号制度担当室。下らない縦割りを是非河野大臣に無くして欲しいものです。
環境チェックは通過するようになったけど、マイナンバーカードが読み取れませんでした。 Internet Explorerからだと読み取れたので、この拡張機能が問題だと思います。
７月に自分のを作成し、問題なくできましたが、１０月やっとかみさんのマイナンバーカードができたので、マイナポイント予約しようとしたら、エラー。どうしてもできないので、 ここのレビューを読んだら、マイキーID作成・登録準備ソフトの再インストールでできたと、書いてああり、再インストールしたらできました。 レビューのおかげです。書かれた方、ありがとうございました。

まったく使えません。 こんなんで本当に普及させようとしているのでしょうか？ ソフト会社にいくら払ったのでしょうか？
この拡張を入れ、公式からWindows用ソフトをインストールしてOSを再起動したら何とか認識しました
カードリーダーを使うのに、なぜこんなものが必要なのか？わざわざe-taxの認証ソフトと別物にする意味はあるのか？そもそも、マイナポータルで一括管理すればいいのでは？いまどきEdgeどころか、IEベースで作るとか時代遅れにも程がある…など不満点を思いついたらキリがありません
マイナポイントの登録予約しようとしましたが環境ではねられました。 カードリーダは。正しく動作しているので、対策指示にあった拡張機能追加でマイナポイントをインストールしましたが改善できず、総務省のサイトで電話で問い合わせしましたがだめでした。 諦めて休みをとって役所の端末を利用しようかと思ったのですが、ダメ元で古いパソコンで試してみたら、つきものが落ちたように、登録できました。新しいパソコンは、ブラウザがEdgeで古いIEのがインストールされていないのが原因だったのかもしれません。環境の何が×なのかも分からず、国が作ったソフトですが、とにかく分かりにくいです。
