I just added it, but thought I already had it and have been getting pop-ups when I buy things about matching or savings at other locations. It took several tries to get it to actually take me to where it would show me the other seller. Most of the time, I click the link and the listed savings aren't what I would actually end up having to pay, so I waste time looking at the deals that Citi found. I usually just go with the Rakuten extension bc there's a better % back. It has given me an idea of what other companies are charging for the same product, but if it's something like Ebay, the total is based on bidding or has a questionable seller. I want this to be my go to bc it would be more convenient, but so far I haven't gotten better deals.
I am grateful for the Citi Shop extension. It's easy to use and I like the savings. It's a win-win. It does take a while for the cash back rewards to show up on my Citi Card statement. I recently saved $195 on an expensive mattress. That alone is worth it. Thanks!
So far, so good. Doing quite a bit of online shopping due to my daughter getting married. Have had some nice savings.
Really awesome app! I've been able to have access to so many earnings. So excited about it!
My earnings have not been posting to my account for 4 months. I have talked to numerous customer service people, even the development team. I have logged several tickets with them and have yet to hear back about any of them. Most recent one was logged in January, and they do not have an ETA on when they might fix my account. In the meantime, I am not receiving earnings for any purchases I make. When it worked, I loved it. I'd love it to be fixed for my account.
I LOVE THIS EXTENSION! Works perfectly and isn't annoying at all. It's easy to use and is available on lots of websites I use for online shopping. Big fan of whoever designed it!!
Citi Shop is easy to install and use, and I appreciate the effortless savings on essential and special online purchases. The coupon search feature is helpful to discover discount pricing opportunities.

The extension does not work properly with Brave browser due to the integrated addblock feature. I would suggest to change this asap. I also experience my current page to be redirected to the citi sign in page because it was logged out. That is a bit strange. What if I was doing something important? :O
