I'm among the people that liked the update, although it is a bit baffling that, even with an exported JSON of my old CaretTab settings, it still didn't backup or keep my old layout. Other than that, I do enjoy the new update. The new Blueprints are a pretty neat feature, and I like the addition of the new widgets. The only thing I'd recommend is to, at the very least, have some of the things like bookmarks and UI colors locally saved so that they aren't wiped completely whenever a major update comes out. Edit: Sad to hear that CaretTab isn't in active development anymore! I send my regards as well.
Disliked the new update, Somehow, i cant import the image even though i resized it, i liked the old version but this one is ok, I have to close my tab and open a new one just to edit another thing, it's ok FOR NOW.
The v4 version is terrible, the style is much harder to read and it's much slower and even flashes before going to the page. I prefer the v3 version, so are there any plans to support using v3 code directly when upgrading v5?

In what world is a 3mb file "too large" to use as a background? It's not 1990 anymore. I'm not paying $2/mo if these are your practices and will be looking for an alternative extension.

I loved this extension for years, but now I recommend DO NOT INSTALL CARETTAB . It removed all my settings, deleted all my bookmarks. It's wreaking havoc with my workflow. I tried to import my settings that I saved using the .json file and the page hangs for hours. Such a disappointing update. So sorry to say John, I have to say goodbye. I'll check back in the future to see if things improve. Thanks, Martin
La 5eme étoile après résolution du petit bug de la dernière mise à jour car l'onglet reste en chargement sur l'annonce de l'update. Sinon parfait comme extension. Edit : désinstallé, réinstallé, tout fonctionne.
It went from 5 stars to 1 after v4 "upgrade". What a shame. It was such a good extension.
There is no way you thought resetting everyone's settings without a warning was a good idea? What were you thinking? Terrible update.
