Turbo Downloader for Instagram adds a button to every Instagram post, Reel, and Story so you can quickly and easily download anything while browsing Instagram. The “Download All” button added to Instagram accounts lets you bulk download all their posts in one click.
NOTE: Please reload your Instagram tabs after installing or updating to load the extension.
While browsing Instagram, just hover over a post preview and click the download button to save it. If there are multiple images/videos in the post, they’ll all be saved.
If you’re looking at a post or Reel, check next to the bookmark and share icons for the download button, or try the hotkey Ctrl + Shift + D or Cmd + Shift + D.
A story can be saved with the download button in the top right corner.
When downloading an entire Instagram account, you’ll be prompted to choose a folder. A new folder will be created inside that folder with the name of the account being downloaded. Images and videos will appear in that folder as soon as they get downloaded. For future account downloads, files with the same name in that folder will be skipped.

Epic fail. Doesn't do anything. No controls etc. Probably steals your Meta credentials? Uninstalled.
음... 다 좋은데, 처음으로 이 확장을 알게되고 나서 몇칠동안은 잘작동했습니다. 그런데 오랜시간뒤, 작동을 안하더라고요. 그래서 tempermonkey 스크립트를 다운 했는데, 잘먹혔습니다. 근데 최근에 다시 잘 작동하더라고요 근데 예전과 다른점이 있습니다. 원래 인스타에서 스크롤 하면서 볼때 개시물 옆에 다운 버튼이 있어야 하는데 그것만 없어졌고 나머지는 다 좋습니다! 감사합니다.(해주시면 5점 드림)

doesn't work
It doesn't even do what it's designed to. It won't even recognize Instagram images for download much less download them. Removing it from Chrome shortly.
nothing happened after button pressed
The download button from main page is gone again now I have to click into each main page , search for the post then download,
Doesnt work. Page just refreshes when clicking the dowload button
