We are a large nonprofit that works with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and are in the process of moving from one electronic health record to another. However, the new product came with a limited set of import tools, so there’s much critical data that we expected we’d have to add manually. We’ve been able to extract data ourselves from the legacy system and into spreadsheets. But the thought of having to hire temporary staff for hundreds of hours to do data entry from those spreadsheets wasn’t appealing for many reasons, including both the cost and the certainty of many resultant data entry errors. We looked at several options and spoke with many consultants about doing this work for us. Axiom was the only solution that allowed us to “do it ourselves”. For a health care organization, it is important that we keep our data confidential, and Axiom didn’t need our data nor access to our software to do the job. Axiom has already proved its worth by automatically entering thousands of immunization records. The support we received to create the first bot was incredible. We are working on the next one and expect to enter about 5,000 contact records later this week. And now that we realize how well Axiom works, we have identified even more uses for moving data electronically into our new system. Ours is a one-time, short-term project, but we use many other software applications with less-than-ideal interoperability, so we will be keeping our eyes open for more opportunities to use Axiom. It took a little time to get acclimated to the Axiom user interface but, with a few tips from the consultant, things became less complex. And we have continued to receive quick responses whenever we get stuck. One thing interesting is that, when the bot runs, we can watch it move from one field to the next and can actually see it type in the data. It’s a very long process depending on how many fields are getting populated. But it’s all machine time--and the data it enters is 100% accurate. How amazing is that! Axiom’s been a lifesaver for us! In my mind, Axiom is currently a 4-star product—only because it isn’t yet fully developed and has required assistance from consultants. But their customer service has been so good that it more than compensates for the need for handholding. And the product has evolved for the better even during the 4-5 weeks that we’ve been using it. For those reasons, I’m giving back the star and rating it with 5. Good job, Axiom!

Loved the program, it's designed very well and it took some getting some use to but once you understand what things really do; you can do a lot. Would love to see some more description in the app itself for building your own bot, just give examples or more description on what exactly you can do with that part alone and how it interacts with one another. Have nothing bad to say :)

Awesome at interacting with browser user interfaces, works better than anything I've tested. Excellent customer support and communication (which is rare with these types of things), relatively pricey for unlimited though. They are rolling out exciting new and improved features all the time and I can see this being an even better product over time. So far works great for our needs. I strongly recommend you try it!
