Birthday Messaging is great for making sure I'm able to wish my friends a happy birthday! I like to wish each of my friends and acquaintances a happy birthday if I can, as long as I know it's their birthday and have an easy way to communicate with them. In the past, sending someone a message on their birthday often depended on whether I happened to log into Facebook at the right time. Even if I remembered someone's birthday was on a certain day, sometimes I didn't make the connection right away that today was that day. If I went too many days without logging into Facebook (and didn't remember their birthday on my own), I might not remember to wish them a happy birthday until it was too late for Facebook to group it with the other birthday wishes they received (or if I waited too long, I might not even be reminded about it at all). Also, when I did visit Facebook to wish someone a happy birthday, I would sometimes get distracted by posts, stories, or notifications that I saw, and this would often distract me from tasks that I needed to start working on soon. With Birthday Messaging, it's easy to set up my account in a way that guarantees I will be able to send birthday messages to everyone I have in my Birthday Messaging contact list at just the right time, while also being able to minimize distractions from other things I might see while trying to wish people a happy birthday.
