Works perfectly for direct links to images, good for sites like reddit. nnMight not work on more fancy websites but I do not blame to developer for that.

This extension has a very intuitive interface! It provides a list of image thumbnails for you to select! The thumbnails also vary in sizes to indicate which is the original picture file! I find this one so far the best after trying a number of others!
