自从Mendeley改了联网策略，使用起来就越来越麻烦了，问题主要有几个： 1、软件打开后经常要重新登陆。为什么不能保存一下登录信息呢？而且无法在不登陆的情况下使用软件，无法查看自己文献库。 2、Chrome插件也有问题，经常点击后打不开，有时想导入文献，但是点击好多次都毫无反应，重启浏览器也无济于事。不知道这个是Mendeley背锅还是chrome背锅。
why is it so user-unfriendly? why can't I import a bib instance from the clipboard (CTRL+V)?
i switched to Mendely from Zotero years ago and up until recently, I liked the extension. It has has now become a complete source of frustration. It is no longer reliable. Most of the time, I cannot click it at all or get it to sign in (even when I'm signed in on another tab and the reference manager is open). It will only work once I restart my computer, uninstall and reinstall the web importer. Use Zotero instead.
It is a crucial tool for me. Please fix the problem of not opening up. Sometimes it works, but the majority of time it doesn't work, refuses to open or even start up.
Used to work but now does not work at all
Sign in Google Chrome doesn't work. Previously I was very sattisfied with Mendeley, but first they removed versions for smartphones and tablets, and for a long time dosen't work sign in for web-importer.
Why can't I give it 0 stars? Mendeley Reference Manager is also rubbish. Constantly disconnects. The word plug-in also frequently disappears and needs re-installing.
It is not working, please. What exactly is going on? It used to be great.
Unfortunately its not working now, it used to work long time ago but now when I click the extension it spends all the time to sign in with nothing happening at all
Doesn't let me sign in to use the extension. Tried all their troubleshooting suggestions, and none worked.
