Will not let me sign in. It opens a tab when you click the "sign in", then immediately closes it. No support available on how to fix the problem.

My chrome becomes abnormally stuck after installing Mendeley Importer.
Automatic sign-in does not work. Hope to fix it soon.
It can do a lot of heavy lifting... when it is actually working. I used it some time ago, but eventually found I just stopped using it; a few years later its functionality doesn't seem to have improved. I've noticed that it often is unable to save clippings to my Mendeley account. It doesn't seem to be connected and I get errors, "Sorry, we couldn't save this item to your library." (When it works,) It works fairly well for saving the citation of traditional academic sources. I find it's download feature a relief, and for very common academic databases it does well. For other things, such as the most popular periodicals and newspapers around the world, it's essentially worthless.
