the web importer is not working for past few weeks. Also nobody is replying to the complaints on the support page
Doesn't work in Chrome.
En chrome cuando instalé la extensión me pide que inicie sesión, lo hago y después ya no sirve y aparece como si no hubiese iniciado sesión.

when I try to login says that I have to go through elsvier gateway and then I'm not able to login into my mendeley account
I installed it; I'm using the latest version of Chrome with Mac OS El Capitan. No matter what I did, it kept asking me to sign in. Mendeley.com confirmed I was signed in but the app simply wouldn't recognize me. I tried it with both ScienceDirect and Wiley journals. I'm very sad that I deleted my javascript menubar shortcut! I hope you can fix it but I am deleting it.
it was suddenly disabled , enabling link that appear on extension page of webstore can not work! any alternative solution?
Does not work with Chrome... Please fix it!
