Yeah, its sad to write this review because web importer is not working at all , no matter how many times i tries to restart it

It won't open. Don't waste your time.
even with they new softwares and interfaces , the web importer is not working.
I have yet to make this work consistently. I managed to use it 1 time and since then, it never works. Won't even open. Very disappointing.
Still stuck when "Signing in to Mendeley Web Importer".
Sign-in does not work. Cannot use it then.
Really sucks. Keeps logging me out and requires forever to sign in.
Everytime it signs out and when I try to sign in, it doesn't allow me! The developers should fix this issue otherwise no one will use this!
