I was having trouble with the Web Importer, but I followed the troubleshooting guide and deleted cookies, and now it's working again. Update: started having problems again, so I deleted cookies and it's working now.
When it works, usually very good. But lately it is not working so useless. If I can give anyone a tip is to go back to Mendeley Desktop (which is the old version we all loved) because the Reference Manager is AWFUL - not only the extension
