Does not work most of the times. Most recently, it just stays on logging in mode forever.
It's very frustrating to use. Most of the time I need to reload the page several times and when it finally shows the pop up correctly, it is impossible to close unless I reload the page yet again. (used in chrome mostly for imports from sciencedirect)
I would give it one star but I guess I'm feeling generous and awarding an extra star because it did work at one point (for a very brief moment!). Completely broken! Doesn't work at all - with no troubleshooting options either!

The Web Importer is completely broken. Now having to waste time manually downloading and importing the references.
