I also had hard time as most of the users are reporting here. However, after adjusting the settings like "Allow access to file URLs" and "Allow in Incognito", it works smoothly. It does not automatically make entry for all the relevant details you want to extract for proper citation, however, you will have to manually edit those information in Mendeley Desktop anyways.
This tool is garbage. Works about 20% of the time and makes you sign in over and over again.

Regular. Presenta problemas al querer importar los artículos. Y la plataforma muchas veces entra y se sale. No deja trabajar

Infelizmente, essa extensão não esta funcionando, (Inativa), aconselho aos usuário(a), migrarem para outras alternativas: Zotero e JabRef!
