This is THE core functionality of Mendeley, and it SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK, in many innovative ways... IF it opens you can go through the process and "Add to Menedeley", and it LIES, saying it did... go to library: NOTHING added. Or, for fun, "sometimes" it will just pop open a little empty window for several seconds, which goes away, and... THAT'S ALL, FOLKS! The parties responsible for this should be arrested for impersonating software developers. Elsevier, WHY DID YOU BUY THIS APP just to TURN IT INTO NON-FUNCTIONAL GARBAGE?

Rated 1 star because review can't go lower - should be 0 stars as it no longer works. Extension is no longer able to log into my mendeley account and so can't provide the needed service. Have also tried on Edge to the same effect. Do not download until it has been fixed, it is a waste of time. Until fixed, if you wish to stay with Mendeley, you will need to use their desktop reference manager and upload manually.
Not working on chrome
Does not work! I tried the MS Edge extension, and it does, so something is wrong with the Chrome version. Help!
chrome extension is not working. I have installed it and still it is redirecting me to the 'get web importer' link. Please fix this ASAP!!!!!!!!
