WORKAROUND EDIT: Disable adblock! >>stopped working in Jan 2024 on latest chrome
Not working, doesn't seem to open. It opened once, and i got a reference, and then will never open again, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the computer, checking admin. Not just the extension, every time i want to use the app at all it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
The plugin doesnot work anymore. Disappointed
The plugin on Chrome does not work anymore. Even after uninstalling and re-installing, it refuses to work. Disappointing as I have to redo my references using other tools.
Very useful *when it works*. It only works for one time after starting chrome. I have to close my chrome window and re-open it for the extension to work *once*.
it doesnt even start
Everytime I have to uninstall the webimporter and then re-install it again before it works. This is disappointing 😔
I am a new user of mendeley and just have learned how to use it by watching an older demonstration video. I was becoming very frustrated why I couldn't use it properly. After reading these reviews now I understand. very disaapointing experience for a beginner.
