When you install Scholar Reader, PDFs on all sites will have a new look in Chrome. To make this happen, Chrome will ask for permissions to read and change data on all sites. Scholar Reader makes no changes other than the presentation of PDFs.
• Preview references as you read. Click the in-text citation to see a summary and find the PDF.
• Read faster with the AI outline. Get a quick overview and click on interesting bullets to jump within the paper.
• Highlight and comment on PDFs. Highlights are saved to your Scholar library.
• Make it right for your eyes with light, dark, and night modes.
• Copy and paste common citation formats without leaving the paper.

Great when it works, with all its citation navigation and AI summary features. Even greater if it works more often across more sites.
Very useful tool, except for the fact it doesn't include the DOI when exporting the bibtex citation. Please add this feature!

This is a great tool! I have a few suggestions to improve it further: 1. Loading citations currently takes a bit longer. Making it faster would be super helpful. 2. Allow zooming in on the AI outline. 3. Add highlight/edit tools.
No funciona, el lector de PDF sigue siendo el lector incrustado en la página que en la mayoría de los casos es horrible.
No sirve para nada. ni siquiera abre.
Really wonderful extension. Please add 1. highlight edit tools (like edge browser) 2. Author search tap 3. double pages view
It is a nice start. It would be a great benefit to be able to zoom on the AI overview or create a doc with the contents. Currently copying and pasting to a doc does not retain the structure of the overview (bullet points , headings, etc.).
