The desktop version is kind of irritating. The iOS version has a "New Button" control, to easily add new links, but the desktop version doesn't. It's difficult to add a new URL. You can go into settings, and add one in there, but they are all pre-defined. There's no custom. I have been having to chose one at random, add it, then edit it. It really needs a new button "+" icon, like on the iOS version.
