That's the best way to describe it. I can queue up a few articles in different tabs and just listen to them back-to-back. It's changed my relationship with the internet from active reading to passive listening.
On some websites, the audio seems very quiet. The internal volume boost feature in the settings is a great addition that ensures the voice is always clear and loud enough, even on an older laptop.
Before this, I'd get lost endlessly scrolling through comments or sidebars. Now, I just select the main body of text and click the icon. It focuses only on what I need to hear. Fantastic!
For my child who struggles with dyslexia, this tool has been transformative. The combination of hearing the words and seeing the synchronized text highlighting drastically improves comprehension and reading speed. Highly grateful.
