My only regret is I didn't learn about this AAdvantage feature sooner. It was a perfect way to rack up points and miles AND get several things we wanted and needed.
it is a TERRIBLE Chrome Extension. it records purchases less than HALF the time. POORLY written code/software and POOR quality control in their software development team. You end up having to submit for missing miles almost 1 out of every 2 purchases. It has NEVER EVER EVER correctly logged my Marriot Hotel reservations EVER. Protect yourself by recording and saving ALL order confirmation and even taking snapshots of their chrome extension messages so that when u submit missng mile requests you have proof.
Lots of options! Why not get extra AA points with all of your shopping wants and needs!
Rarely works. Once it fails to work, you have to submit for missing miles. Then prepare to wait longer. I'm owed thousands of miles going back 2 months. Still waiting, still emailing. Check reddit for more 'reviews.'
I use AAdvantage Shopping often. This extension has alerted me several times when I was visiting a site I didn't know participated in the program and I was able to earn LPs/miles I would have otherwise missed.
Works great! Have only been using this for a few days but so far, no compliants.
This is one of the worst google extensions I've ever installed. It works about 1 out of every 10 times. In most cases, it pops up, asks if you want to get the points, and then the pop up window resets to the original prompt with nothing happening. Time to uninstall!

Screwed EVERY TIME on the bigger purchases This has been great to get points for hotels or small purchases. But cheated twice with laptop purchases at Best Buy and now on a mattress purchase with Mattress Firm. Customer service on this site is a joke and virtually non-existent. I say use this site to accumulate some points on everyday purchases, but DON'T count on everything working as they say. I am down over !0,000 miles/points on just those three purchases with no recourse and no one to address the shortfall.
I am new to AA shopping and started using it only because I am trying to qualify for AAdvatage Gold. I am already shocked how many everyday things I buy anyway that I am passing up earning points on. And don't forget services too, like getting my dog groomed at Pet Smart!
