The auto note taker work like magic. It adds itself to every Zoom meeting automatically and in the end of the meeting I get by email all the topics we talked about and the things that we should do. I find the reviews of this app to be highly suspect, and I am going to assume that they are paid for or fake. This app has left much to be desired in its functionality and user-friendliness. I'm disappointed by the lack of transparent information about their plans, only finding circular references leading back to the payment page from their "blogs". The app's reliability is questionable, with frequent glitches, now way to manually add it to meetings, and often failing to join meetings correctly even if it is set up correctly. Surprisingly, even when successful, the app tends to miss large chunks of meeting time due to persistent error codes. It also will not adhere to how much time I am in the meeting, instead, it turns off at the exact time the ending of the meeting without any warning. The use of credits to access certain features is frustratingly vague, with no clear guidelines on what each package offers or any visible tracking system for credit usage. Moreover, their website seems untrustworthy and is not user-oriented. A glaring issue is the absence of a login option or any visible means to manage my account or request its deletion. In all, my experience has been marred by these issues, leaving me dissatisfied and unable to recommend the app.
