Hello Sourabh, Thank you for this smartly produced extension. I'm not sure why Jessica S. (darkocean) gave the script a 1 star. Her review seems malicious to me. The script does what it says on the tin, and fast! The speed at which those extracted text files download is amazing! To make it perfect for me I had emailed you but I never heard back from you. Please I'd love it if you can add these features: 1. Include the source URL at the top of each text file to indicate where the content came from. It makes things more organized and for tracking URL to content. 2. In addition, to produce a text file per URL, add an option to merge all content from multiple URLs into a single text file, with each section starting with its corresponding URL. 3. Option to scrape post links from websites. Thank you in advance. John
This worked for me as well!
Super Handy & Time-Saving! This extension does exactly what it promises – copies website content in just one click. It's been a game-changer for quickly importing content for reference, backups, or repurposing. The interface is clean, it's super easy to use, and it saves me tons of time when working on blog migrations and content audits. Also love that it keeps the formatting intact – no more messy copy-paste work. Highly recommended for marketers, content creators, and SEO folks!
Bad, will copy about 1/4 of an article in a lame pop up with no way to save a a file, no different than select all > copy > pasting into a file. What's the point of this? To annoy?
